Shop Clitheroe's February Winner

The latest winner of Clitheroe Chamber of Trade and Commerce’s loyalty card scheme “Shop Clitheroe” is lifelong Clitheroe resident Mrs Pat Dixon. Many local people will remember Pat as before retiring 7 years ago she was a well-known face behind the counter at Dawson’s Department store on King St. Married to Derek they have 2 grown up children and 2 grandchildren that all live locally.
Having had a Shop Clitheroe loyalty card since 2012 Pat said “I was pleasantly surprised to be told that I was this month’s winner and although I have no idea how I am going to spend my vouchers, I’m sure it won’t take me long to think of where to spend them.”
Presenting Pat with her vouchers was Fiona Zubair of Beryl’s shoes on Wellgate who commented “My mum worked at Beryl’s and then bought the business 30 years ago and I know she’s thrilled that we are able to support our regular customers with the Shop Clitheroe scheme. We stock everything from casuals to occasion wear, with boots and accessories as well.”
Shop Clitheroe is free to customers and applications can be collected at any business displaying the purple castle logo. Monthly draws are held throughout the year with extra prizes in August to celebrate the annual Superdraw. Promoted by the Clitheroe Advertiser & Times cards can be obtained at any of the businesses displaying the Shop Clitheroe Logo, with membership stations at: Raffia Contemporary Gifts 38 King Street, Clitheroe Dry Cleaners 23 Wellgate, Valley Living 3 Market Place or Elan Clothing 5 Castlegate.
